Earn $40-$50 per hour as a Site Supervisor with TeamX. Pay is $40 for 1-3 team members, $45 for 4-8 team members, and $50 for 9+ team members.

About the Role

This is a Site Supervisor position supporting TeamX snow and ice operations. Site Supervisors train and manage crews during and after storms across job sites, help make sure work is completed safely and to site-specific standards before crews leave, follow up unfinished work, and help keep on-site equipment ready.

Job Expectations:

We are seeking passionate, hard-working candidates to be our on-call Site Supervisors.

Must be available and willing to work at any hour between October 30th and the last snowstorm of the season. Shifts vary depending on the size of the storm and can be anywhere from 6 hours to more than 12 hours long.

Have the ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
